Hi, I'm an Ostomate. I know how you feel. I've been there. I'm one of a million Ostomates in North America who are leading normal happy lives. We have been given a second chance. We work, make love, have babies, take part in sports, travel and eat delicious food.

We hold information meetings on the Third Thursday of each month 7:30 pm September - May at:

Canada Care Medical Building
1644 Bank Street at Heron Road
(in behind the Canadian Tire Store)   (See map at bottom of page)

Lots of free parking, wheel chair accessible.

Members and non-members are invited to bring their spouse, family members or a friend to meetings.
